- Grand Re-opening of Senior Creations Gift Shop - 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Bemidji Senior Center
- Brown Bag Author Series - noon at Brainerd Public Library. Ryan Rodgers will talk about his book Where the Green Light Shines: A Fifty Year Odyssey from the Boundary Waters to the Far North.
- Fajita Fever - 5 p.m. at Union UCC Church in Hackensack. Dinner and a entertainment by Ryan and JoAnn Pels. Proceeds will go toward the church's roofing project.
Tuesday, July 14
- Bugs at the Library - 10 a.m. at Coleraine Public Library, 2 p.m. at Marble Public Library
- Kids for Kids concert - 11 a.m. at Hibbing Public Library, featuring students of the Young Artist Program of Northern Lights Music Festival
- Tuesday Summer Concert Series - noon at Community Presbyterian Church in Grand Rapids, featuring guitar and organ music by Graeme and Jonathon Shields
- Bean Hole Days - 5:30 p.m., burying of the beans at South Trailside Park in Pequot Lakes
- Sweetheart Days parade - 6 p.m. in Hackensack
Wednesday, July 15
- Bean Hole Days - 9 a.m.-2 p.m. in at South Trailside Park in Pequot Lakes. Crowning of King and Queen Bean at 11:30 a.m., followed by serving of the beans at noon.
- Bugs at the Library - 2 p.m. at Keewatin Public Library
Thursday, July 16
- Bugs at the Library - 10 a.m. at Virginia Public Library, 2 p.m. at Hoyt Lakes Public Library
- Salad Luncheon - 11 a.m-1 p.m. at Jesse Lake Lutheran Church in Talmoon
- Smokey Bear Day - 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Itasca State Park
- Noon Hour Concert - 12:15 p.m. at Calvary Lutheran Church in Park Rapids featuring the Hoot Owls
- Open Garden - 1-4 p.m. at Happy Dancing Turtle in Pine River

Friday, July 17

Saturday, July 18
- Mii Gwitch Mahnomen Days Traditional Powwow - all day in Ball Club, with grand entries at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.
- Watermark Art Festival - 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at Library Park and Watermark Art Center in Bemidji.
- Muskie Days - 8 a.m-midnight in Nevis, grand parade at 6 p.m.
- Guided bird watching walk - 2 p.m. at Lake Bemidji State Park. Meet at the park's visitor center and bring your own binoculars if you have them. A limited number of binoculars will be available to borrow.
- Artist reception - 2-5 p.m. at Ripple River Gallery near Deerwood. Meet painter Laura Toth, whose work will be on display at the gallery until Aug. 16.
- Raise the Roost - 3-8 p.m. at Klockow Brewing in Grand Rapids. This is a fundraiser for Free Range Food Co-op.
- Mountain Music - 3-8 p.m. at Mount Itasca in Coleraine. This is fundraiser for Mount Itasca's operations.
- Nature Rocks: A Concert for Conservation - 5-10 p.m. at the Aitkin County Fairgrounds in Aitkin. Proceeds benefit Long Lake Conservation Center.
- Into the Woods - 7 p.m. at Pequot Lakes High School Auditorium. Tickets
Sunday, July 19
- Pancake breakfast - 8 a.m.-noon at Nevis Fire Department.
