BREEZY POINT — A study is underway of the transportation safety and efficiency of County Highway 11 near Eagle View Elementary in Breezy Point.
Crow Wing County, the Pequot Lakes School District and the cities of Breezy Point and Pequot Lakes joined together in the study on the overall use of the highway and the internal traffic movements at the elementary school. The study is assessing current conditions and providing information to formulate potential future improvements.
A substantial part of the project is seeking public input from current users. The input will help those involved to better understand the existing conditions and how drivers interact with County Highway 11 and the internal site at Eagle View.
Visit this map to leave comments, concerns, or ideas for the study team. A public open house to gather input on the existing conditions will be 5-7 p.m. Sept. 29 at Eagle View Elementary.
