In its state tournament debut, the Brainerd boys team also captured the state title. Sophomores Brady Oseland and Aydan Dobis led the Warriors with third and fourth-place finishes, respectively.

Other top team performances came from the Mahnomen-Waubun boys and the Badger Greenbush-Middle River girls, who both took third in Class A.

Other Northland medalists in the individual competition are Park Rapids eighth grader Natalie Martin and Mahnomen-Waubun senior Blake McMullen, who came in seventh, and Fertile Beltrami sophomore Macy Petry, who took eighth.
