PARK RAPIDS — The community is invited to participate in the Indigenous & Community Health Fair to learn more about community resources and participate in Indigenous traditions.
The event, sponsored by Essentia Health and Youth Emergency Shelter & Supports, includes resources for mental health, college preparation, nutrition and more. Participants will learn more about Indigenous dancing, drumming, singing and learning the craft of beading.
The free event is noon-5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, at the Park Rapids Armory Arts & Events Center, 203 Park Ave. S.
Food will be provided, and participants who check out all tables will be able to register to win a prize.
