SILVER BAY — The Lake County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating a missing man.
Gene Adam Doherty, 40, was last seen July 1 when he left his mother’s home near Silver Bay.
The sheriff’s office said he may be suffering from a mental health crisis. Doherty left with no extra clothing and without his dog, which concerned family and friends.
He was driving a 2009 dark blue Ford Edge.
Anyone who has talked to Doherty or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 218-834-8385.
