DULUTH — Essentia Health is seeking public input as part of its Community Health Needs Assessments.
The survey specifically seeks to collect perspectives about community conditions that impact health, such as the ability to receive education, eat healthy foods and be physically active.
“The input we receive will help us make an informed decision about the most pressing community health needs throughout Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin,” said Emily Kuenstler, Essentia community health director. “We hope to hear from as many residents in our area as possible, whether they choose to receive care at Essentia Health or at another health care system.”
The survey can be taken here and is also available in Spanish. Duluth residents should use an alternate survey link.
The survey is open through Sept. 30.
