WHITE EARTH RESERVATION — The White Earth Tribal and Community College begins its annual seed and seedling giveaway Tuesday and Wednesday, May 9-10.
Available in this first round of distribution will be broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, onions and potatoes.
From 2-6 p.m. Tuesday, seeds and plants will be distributed at the Pine Point Community Center, Naytahwaush Sports Complex, Tribal College in Mahnomen and Knutson Store in Zerkel. From 2-6 p.m. Wednesday, the distribution will occur at the White Earth Community Center, the Rice Lake Community Center and the Tribal College in Mahnomen.
