Lakeland Public Television revived the program Backroads last year.  Featuring northern Minnesota musicians, the show tapes an array of musical acts in blitz fashion over the course of one week and then becomes individual television segments later in the year.  This week LPTV is taping their upcoming Backroads season at the Rail River Folk School in Bemidji.

Wendy Greenberg has been contra dancing most of her life.  It's an art form she learned from her folk dancing parents and something she's sought out and thoroughly enjoyed throughout her adult life.
