- Association of Cass County Lakes meeting - 2 p.m. at the Cass County Land Office in Backus. The meeting will focus on shoreline protection.
- Drum workshop & circle jam - 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Headwaters Music & Arts in Bemidji

- 34th annual "Corn-ival" - 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lawron Presbyterian Church, located on Scenic Highway 7, north of Taconite. The event includes corn on the cob, BBQ sandwiches and other treats as well as a silent auction, live music and bake sale.
- Bemidji Pride Family Friendly Festival - noon to 5 p.m. at Rail River Folk School
