KAXE Staff Phenologist John Latimer provides his weekly assessment of nature in Northern Minnesota. This is the week of Nov. 26, 2024.

This Thanksgiving, lakes and ponds in Grand Rapids have frozen over and staff phenologist John Latimer is eager to get out on the ice. Be safe out there - check out the DNR's page on ice safety before venturing out!
