In northern MN we've got Natural Harvest Food Coop in Virginia, Harmony Coop in Bemidji, Crow Wing Food Coop in Brainerd and the soon to be Free Range Coop in Grand Rapids. 

Steinman will be in northern MN this July (Grand Rapids) and September (Bemidji).
