BRAINERD — A 70-year-old man died as a result of injuries suffered in a utility terrain vehicle crash on Friday, July 3, south of Brainerd.
The Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office responded at 2:32 p.m. to the crash site, about a half-mile east of Highway 25 on County Highway 22.
The man was transported by air ambulance to North Memorial Health hospital in Robbinsdale and later died. The victim was identified on Monday afternoon as Darrel Cronquist.
The crash remains under investigation by the Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office.
Assisting at the scene were North Memorial Health ambulance, the Brainerd Fire Department and Zone 1 First Responders.
