BEMIDJI — Beltrami County residents will contend with a road closure beginning Tuesday, Sept. 17.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation will perform routine maintenance on the Irvine Avenue bridge over Highway 71 north of Bemidji.
The bridge will be closed after 8 a.m. Tuesday and reopen by 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
Motorists can expect the on and off ramps to be open. MnDOT advises drivers to avoid distractions and drive with caution in the work zone.
