BEMIDJI — Bemidji Police officers requested public assistance locating a vulnerable adult last seen by family more than two weeks ago.
Sixty-one-year-old Michael Stuart was last seen around 4 a.m. Wednesday, May 8, in one of Bemidji’s Nymore neighborhoods.
Stuart left the area on foot without providing a destination, according to a release.
His family hasn’t been able to contact Stuart, who is diagnosed with several mental health disabilities, and they are concerned for his welfare.
Stuart has lived in Nebraska, Wisconsin and California in the past and may be trying to return to those areas. He was last seen wearing jeans and a green or camouflage jacket.
Anyone with information on Michael Stuart’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Bemidji Police Department or submit information anonymously through Crime Stoppers MN.
