COLERAINE — Residents of Coleraine have an extra incentive to go all out with their holiday decorations this year.
Those living in the city and the annexed rural area are invited to participate in the Christmas Light Contest.
Winners are set to receive cash as well as gift cards from local businesses, with the artists behind the best lighting display taking home $250 plus six other prizes.
There’s some time to get things just right. Judging will begin the week of Dec. 17 by judges from outside the area.
