KAXE is turning 50 in 2026! Why should KAXE exist for another 50 years?
Northern Community Radio. People-powered radio. Phenology, Stay Human, Green Cheese, the KAXE Morning Show and volunteer programming. All excellent radio that will keep KAXE going into the future. KAXE provides a venue to bring people together. That is why KAXE should and will exist into the future. Caring for and about your neighbors - the definition of community. People have supported and will continue to support KAXE as long as we continue to embody these values.
