It's another busy week in Northern Minnesota. Here are some events to check out:
Monday, July 7
- Oodles of Noodles & Yankee Doodles fundraiser - 6 p.m. at Bemidji Senior Center. Enjoy a spaghetti dinner, followed by a patriotic concert by the First City Singers. Tickets are $15, available at the senior center or the door.
Tuesday, July 8
- Tuesday Summer Concert Series - noon at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church in Grand Rapids, featuring Sisters & Mothers in Song.
- Kootasca Community Action's Big View Engagement Series: Defining Allyship - 11:30 a.m. at Community Presbyterian Church in Grand Rapids. Pre-registration required.

Thursday, July 10
- Big Truck Day - 10:30 a.m. to noon at Virginia Public Library. Get up-close views of the big machines and vehicles that keep our community safe. Fifth Avenue will be blocked off in front of the library.
- Itasca Waters' Practical Water Wisdom webinar - noon. This month's topic is the biology and management of the invasive species starry stonewort.
- Northwind Clarinets in concert - 12:15 p.m. at Calvary Lutheran Church in Park Rapids. Presented by Heartland Arts.
- Trail Town celebration - 1:30 p.m. at Itasca County Fairgrounds. The North Country Trail Association is designating Grand Rapids and Cohasset as official Trail Towns. There will be opportunities to hike after the presentation.
Friday, July 11
- Friends of the Grand Rapids Area Library book sale - 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Community Presbyterian Church in Grand Rapids
- Nature Discovery Table: Outstanding Owls - 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. at Lake Bemidji State Park
- Pequot Lakes Community Theater presents Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka - 7 p.m. at Pequot Lakes High School theater
Saturday, July 12
- Downtown Art Fair - 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the grounds of Old Central School in Grand Rapids
- Bike park soft grand opening and fundraiser - Noon to 5 p.m. at Northland Arboretum in Brainerd
- Loon presentation - 1 p.m. at Salem Lutheran Church in Longville with loon biologist Dr. Walter Piper. Hosted by the Association of Cass County Lakes.
- Pequot Lakes Community Theater presents Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka - 2 p.m. at Pequot Lakes High School theater
- Park Rapids Water Ski Team show - 6 p.m. at Halverson Beach in Nevis. Bring your own chair or beach towel.
