It's the season of Easter candy! This week, we're wondering about your favorite types of candy specific to the holiday.

I've always thought that Easter candy was the best candy out of all the candy. There's something about all those pastel and bright colors and the hope of a cheery springtime.

This week, we asked our listeners about their favorite Easter candy.

Here's what we heard

Top picks included Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs and Cadbury Mini Eggs.

KAXE's volunteer photographer Lorie Shaull said, "Robin Eggs! The blue ones must be licked and used as lipstick."

Laura from Grand Rapids said, "Starburst Jellybeans," and KAXE producer Andrew Dziengel agreed.

"I'm very appreciative of the leaps we've made in jelly bean technology because I'm not a fan of original flavor jelly beans," he said. "But a huge fan of Jolly Rancher and Starburst- flavored jelly beans."

Eric from Grand Rapids wrote, "Full-size Cadbury eggs all day, every day."

Lisa from Center City texted, "Russell Stover marshmallow eggs are sublime."

Peter from Canyon said, "Growing up in a piano family, finding the black and white jelly beans was always fun."

Can you find the black and white jelly beans?

Elaine from Chisholm said she likes Peanut M&M's.

"They look like little colorful eggs," she said. "I am also a fan of black jelly beans."
