It's another busy week in Northern Minnesota. Here are some events to check out:

Wednesday, Feb. 19
- Inclusive Game Night - 6 to 8 p.m. at Accidentally Cool Games in Bemidji. Hosted by Lead for Inclusion. People of all abilities, ages 14 and up, are welcome to come together for fun and friendship. You may bring your own game or try something new.
Thursday, Feb. 20
- Closing reception for Nikki Besser exhibit "Portrayals in Paper" - 2 p.m. at the Talley Gallery, located in Bridgeman Hall on the campus of Bemidji State University
- Open Mic Night - 7 p.m. at Armory Arts and Events Center in Park Rapids
- Poetry Slam - live music at 6 p.m., poetry performances at 7 p.m. at Fozzie's Smokin' BBQ in Bemidji. Register by calling the Watermark Art Center at 218-444-7570.
Friday, Feb. 21
- Murder on the Orient Express - 7 p.m. at the Reif Center in Grand Rapids
Saturday, Feb. 22
- Birding field trip with the Mississippi Audubon Society - 8:15 a.m. at the main parking lot at Lake Bemidji State Park.
- Learn to Snowshoe - 9 a.m. to noon at Northland Arboretum in Brainerd
- North Central Minnesota Farm & Antique Association's Winter Fest - 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Blackberry Farm. Vintage snowmobile display until noon, followed by a ride. The day also includes hayrides, sliding and children's activities.
- Pancake breakfast to benefit Reif Theater Arts - 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Grand Rapids VFW
- Valentines for the Vets Pin-up Contest - 6 p.m. at Calumet Saloon. Hosted by the Northern Stellas
- Murder on the Orient Express - 7 p.m. at the Reif Center in Grand Rapids
Sunday, Feb. 23
- Community Ski Day with Bemidji Area Cross Country Ski Club - 1 to 4 p.m. at Movil Maze Recreation Area near Bemidji. There will be equipment available to borrow, and the warming shelter will be open with refreshments served.
- Murder on the Orient Express - 2 p.m. at the Reif Center in Grand Rapids
