We take our mission of building community in northern Minnesota pretty seriously here at KAXE/KBXE. It's not hard to do when community partners and organizations and leaders reach out to us about the good things they are doing to make this a better place to live.
This morning Tom McBride joined us to tell us about Running the Rapids - the 4th annual event created by a team of Itasca-area leaders who have a shared passion for seeing their community thrive. They have a goal to create an energizing event that will showcase the community and all it has to offer, while providing an opportunity for people to be active.
