Today we welcomed Erik Heimark and Jay Rigdon from Maple Ridge Produce in Aitkin. The growing season during this dry summer of 2021 has been tough but they've still got lots to sell - whether at their newly renovated vintage camper "on the honor system" farm stand or at farmer's markets in Grand Rapids, Aitkin and Crosby.
