Deep City Records: Bedrock of Funk Samples
Deep City Records was founded in the 1960s by alumni of Florida A&M University's Incomparable Marching 100 Band. Known for highly aggressive performances, their sound formed the foundation of Deep City. Hero Pilot 'Sully' Sullenberger Tries To Stay Grounded
Pilot Chesley Sullenberger's wild ride started this year when he landed a US Airways jet plop-solid perfect onto the icy surface of the Hudson River on Jan. 15, saving all 155 passengers on board.
