Wondering what to take to a holiday get-together or what to buy someone who seems to have everything?  How about a great cheese?!  Mackenzie Lindahl, affectionately known around here as the Cheese Queen, is the cheese buyer and perishables manager at Harmony Food Co-0p in Bemidji.  During today's morning show, Mackenzie stopped by the KBXE studio  with a wealth of information about the regional cheese industry and three flavorful cheeses: Martha's Pimento Spread, Deer Creek Vat 17 World Cheddar and Ghost Pepper Colby Jack.   Yum.
