Stonehouse Coffee and Roastery in Nisswa and Baxter is owned and operated by Mike and Julie French. The Frenches travel the globe testing coffees to ensure they roast beans that will become the coffees beloved by their customers. They make a conscious effort to do business with coffee farmers who grow delicious coffee and conduct thoughtful, humanitarian business practices. Mike spoke to the morning show about the what goes into seeking out coffees, the science of and what happens during the roasting process and the art of creating a good cup of joe.
