Featured concerts on The Setlist this week include a city-wide fall festival, a brewery celebrating Oktoberfest, a college homecoming street dance, and a long-running Bemidji band with some new faces.
The 2024 Crosslake Days Fall Festival runs Thursday, Sept. 26, through Saturday, Sept. 28, with a variety of events around the city. Live music begins Friday at 5 p.m. with Mike Miller at 14 Lakes Brewery, and at 7 p.m. Bud Roberts will be at Patrick's Cedar Chest. On Saturday, New Orleans style jazz band The Rusty Crayfish Band will be at JAG Interior Solutions at noon. Find a full schedule with more concerts and other events here.
Known Only Locally and Friends are playing Brigid's Pub in Bemidji, at 6 p.m. on Friday. Their lineup will be similar to a recent Mississippi Music at the Bemidji performance which featured Kristi Miller, Katre Tesar, Gary Broste, Mauro Gutierrez, Eric Carlson and Sawyer Corcoran.
This Saturday, three musical guests will join Klockow Brewing's Klocktoberfest celebration. Polka musician Nathan Neuman will kick things off at noon, old-timey duo The Lindula Brothers play at 4:30 p.m., and folk trio MorningBird close out the music at 7 p.m.
Our final featured show on The Setlist is The 4onthefloor playing in Bemidji at 9 p.m. on Saturday. The street dance is part of Bemidji State University's Homecoming celebration. The 4onthefloor is an Americana and rock 'n' roll band formed in Minneapolis in 2009. They are known for the rowdy foot stomping shows and high-energy covers.
