NAYTAHWAUSH — An SUV jumped a road approach and landed on a residence Saturday night, June 27, in Naytahwaush.
The Mahnomen County Sheriff’s Office received the crash report shortly before 8:30 p.m.
The building sustained significant damage but a resident inside was not injured.
The sheriff’s office reported the 36-year-old driver from Moorhead was later apprehended after a short foot pursuit.
Pills and open bottles were found inside the vehicle and the man was allegedly highly intoxicated. He refused to submit to sobriety tests and was transported to jail.
