BRAINERD — The Brainerd adapted floor hockey team capped off its second consecutive unbeaten season with a 7-0 win over Maple Grove to win another title in the physical impairment division Saturday, Feb. 28, in Bloomington.
In the regular season, the Warriors outscored their 13 opponents 112-10, according to the Minnesota State High School League.
The title is Brainerd’s eighth since the adapted hockey tournament started in 1994.
Brainerd is the only Northern Minnesota school that has participated in the tournament. They currently co-op with Pillager and have co-oped with Greenway in the past.
Seniors Andrew Kargel and Owen Olsen and sophomore Aiden Olsen were named to the all-tournament team.
