HILL CITY — The Minnesota Department of Transportation will host a meeting about a new roundabout in Hill City on Thursday, May 29.
Construction of the roundabout at highways 169 and 200 is expected to begin in early June.
MnDOT reported the $3.2 million project will address intersection safety concerns and update lighting and signing.
The project will be constructed in stages. Highway 169 will remain open throughout construction. A short detour will be required for 200.
Maps and other information will be shared at the meeting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Hill City Fire Department. The information will also be available on MnDOT’s website.
