Northern Minnesotans could see a mix of rain, ice, thunderstorms and snow this weekend, March 14-16.
The National Weather Service in Duluth said rain and thunderstorms develop over most of Northern Minnesota starting Friday, transitioning into snow Saturday before blustery winds begin on Sunday.
