DULUTH — St. Louis County is seeking volunteers to serve on its Public Health and Human Services Advisory Committee.
The committee is responsible for making recommendations to county officials regarding public health and human service needs of St. Louis County communities and residents.
This includes exploring gaps in mental health care, providing input on housing and homelessness needs and developing safety net services, as examples.
The committee is seeking one at-large appointment, plus a number of appointees representing various geographic areas of the county.
Committee members are appointed by the County Board for two-year terms.
