Dave Baker is a Republican member of the Minnesota Legislature representing Willmar.

Baker lost his son to an opioid overdose in 2011 and will share his story and discuss ongoing efforts to combat the opioid epidemic.

McGREGOR — State Rep. Dave Baker will host two community presentations and discussions on the opioid epidemic.

Baker and his wife Mary lost their 25-year-old son Dan to an opioid overdose in 2011.

Baker will share his story and discuss ongoing efforts to combat the opioid crisis 6:30-8 p.m. Oct. 3 at the McGregor High School Auditorium and 6:30-8 p.m. Oct. 4 at the Aitkin High School Auditorium.

These community presentations are free and open to the public.
