GRAND RAPIDS — Thousands of fresh, tree-ripened Washington peaches will be sold soon in Grand Rapids.

The sale, which benefits the Grand Rapids Centennial Rotary club, is expected to begin noon Friday, Aug. 25, in the IM Hotel parking lot, 1702 S. Highway 169. The peaches will be sold for $25 per box until gone. Each box contains approximately 20-24 peaches.

In a news release, the rotary club noted the delivery date is tentative and encouraged those interested to check the group’s Facebook page at facebook.com/centennialrotaryofgrandrapids for any updates.
