Dragon Boat Festival This Weekend in Bemidji

The calm before the weekend

For 11 years now, the Dragon Boat Festival has taken over the waterfront in Bemidji.  The event has become phenomenon, growing from just a handful of teams in the first year to nearly 80 teams over the years.  With each team consisting of the more than 20 people, the event brings thousands to Lake Bemidji to compete, connect and have a good time.  We spoke with Mitch Rautio about it on the morning show.
