GRAND RAPIDS — The Loon Country Quilters will host a “Quilters Stash Busters” quilt fabric sale Thursday-Friday, May 25-26.
The sale will feature an abundance of sewing/quilting related items, a news release stated.
The proceeds will help with expenses incurred in the process of making and donating special project quilts to veterans, local cancer patients and Project Linus, which provides handmade blankets to children in the United States who are seriously ill, traumatized or otherwise in need.
The sale is 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday and Friday at 1806 SW Third Ave., Grand Rapids.
