Chelsey Perkins is a reporter at the Brainerd Dispatch who covers local government like Crow Wing County board meetings. Last week she heard from Commissioner Paul Koering - now in his 3rd term - about his scare with COVID-19 and his change of opinion - of both the vaccine as well as how he governs in the future.

"These are the health care professionals that know what they’re
doing. They know the treatment we should have, and the vaccination we should have. And you have to rely on them."
