Local Indigenous Peoples Day events
- Indigenous Peoples Day events - 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Sanford Bemidji. Darryl Kingbird will give a blessing at 10 a.m. in the east lobby, followed by an artist vendor show. A traditional bison meal will be served in the cafeteria 11 a.m.-1:30p.m.
- Indigenous Peoples Day presentation - noon-1 p.m. at Chucker Auditorium on the campus of Minnesota North Itasca in Grand Rapids.
- Indigenous Peoples Day celebration - 4:30-7 p.m. at the Gichi-ziibi Center for the Arts at Brainerd High School.
