Pam Perry, a retired non-game wildlife biologist, stopped by to talk about skinks, salamanders, swallows and more with our staff phenologist John Latimer.

What's the difference between a salamander and a skink?

Scales! This month, non-game wildlife biologist Pam Perry discusses our four-legged skink and salamander friends, as well as winged creatures including swallows, geese, and swans.

Pam is all about the birds, but herps are her favorite!
