Alia and Radwa Elkaffas, otherwise known as the Food Dolls, discuss their new cookbook, "Pretty Delicious: Simple, Modern Mediterranean Served with Style.”

Minnesota-based sisters Alia and Radwa Elkaffas, known to their millions of online followers as the Food Dolls, are making their debut in print with Pretty Delicious: Simple, Modern Mediterranean Served with Style.

The cookbook brings over 110 recipes with a Middle Eastern twist to home kitchens.

The duo started sharing food videos online nine years ago and have built a loyal community through their approachable recipes. Now, they’re bringing that same energy to the pages of Pretty Delicious, not just with meals but also with guidance on how to set up a kitchen that is a comforting and welcoming space.

The Elkaffas' new book features a mix of traditional and fusion recipes, including a Middle Eastern take on Cobb salad with tahini dressing, easy one-pan meals and their signature whipped feta dip served three ways.

The book also includes sweet treats, like Turkish coffee tiramisu and their perfected chocolate chip cookies, made with brown butter and sea salt for extra depth of flavor.

In a recent interview on KAXE’s Morning Show, the sisters shared their passion for simplifying home cooking while keeping it stylish and flavorful. They emphasized organization in the kitchen — including their love of alphabetized spice collections — to make meal prep effortless.
