Freshman Republican Representative Sandy Layman (Cohasset) from District 5B talked with us at the beginning of the session, and she checks back in to talk about this session having to do with changes in theIRRRB.  Rep. Layman was the IRRRB director  during Governor Tim Pawlenty's two terms in office.
