Marshall gives a recap on the Tower city councils approval on transferring the assets of the Gunderson Trust to the Duluth-Superior Area Community Foundation, and how Tower will profit from this transfer.
TheNorth Country National Scenic Trail is a planned national hiking trail that stretches more than 5,000 miles from Vermont to central North Dakota, with 800 miles of the trail planned for Minnesota. Planners are hoping to wrap up public comment on possible routes between Tower and Ely by the end of March.
