Could Legalize Pot Parties Impact Senate Elections? MinnPost's Peter Callaghan

Star Tribune

This week we talked with MinnPost State Government reporter Peter Callaghan about his recent article "How Marijuana Legalization Party Candidates Could Decide Control of the MN Senate".

In his article he talks about the MN Senate races that have marijuana party candidates including MN Senate District 5 where incumbent Republican Justin Eichorn from Grand Rapids faces Bemidji Mayor and DFL endorsed Senate candidate Rita Albrecht.  Also in this race are Grassroots-Legalize Cannabis (GLC) nominee Dennis Barsness from Coleraine and Legal Marijuana Now (LMN) nominee Robyn Smith from Longville.  We'll be connecting with these candidates for our Meet the Candidates series
