Marshall Helmberger is the editor and publisher of the Timberjay newspaper serving NE MN - this week he told us about the Tower City Council former clerk/treasurer recinding her settlement agreement, Twin Metals holding a signing ceremony with trade unions, Ely Grizzlies football becoming 11-man instead of 9-man and the drought in NE MN.
