We continue our Strong Women series with Representative Sandy Layman (R). Sandy lives in the Grand Rapids area and represents MN District 5b.
In this interview we learn about the thread that ties Sandy's work in public service and in community through her work at the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce, Itasca Development Corporation, IRRRB and the MN House of Representatives. Sandy also tells us about her role as a caregiver to her husband, and the resources that have made it possible for her to serve in the MN Legislature while caregiving.
