Marshall Helmberger reports on Lt. Governor Tina Smith

This week Marshall reports that Lt. Governor Tina Smith got her first walleye on Lake Vermilion.  AND she was appointed by Governor Mark Dayton to take Senator Al Franken's seat in Congress until next November's election.  He also tells us about the controversial Ely Rec Center, a whopper of a fish tale and the hot basketball game matchup of Ely and Northwoods.
