Marshall Helmberger on the 2017 Mining Tax Guide

Every Friday morning we check in with Marshall Helmberger about the stories they've been covering at the Timberjay newspaper.  This week his topics were the Mining Tax Guide, Representative Emmer's "the Miner Act", a study on the impact of climate change on winter recreation tourism and how the changes of the deer permit areas in NE MN will impact the moose population.
