This week Timberjay publisher and editor Marshall Helmberger fills us in on Leah Phifer.  She's running for Congressman Rick Nolan's seat in the 8th district DFL primary.  Marshall tells us more about Lamppa Manufacturing - wood stove manufacturers in Tower who could bring many jobs to the region - and school enrollments in northern MN.
