In addition to two local bands playing around the area, this week The Setlist has two national Grammy-winning acts and a Twin Cities artist covering the music of Cat Stevens.
On Friday night, Mark Joseph will be playing the music of Cat Stevens at the Ore House in Gilbert. Joseph is a singer, guitarist and member of Minnesota jam band The Big Wu. Music starts at 8 p.m., and he will be covering Steven's 1970 Tea for the Tillerman in full.

MorningBird are playing their second show with a new rhythm section this Saturday in Chisholm. Shane Kingsland (bass) and Jim Pietila (drums) recently joined Jill Burkes and Rob Wheeler in the folk rock band. Music starts at 6 p.m. at Jim's Sports Club.
In Park Rapids, Forge North are playing the Armory Arts & Events Center at 7 p.m. Saturday night. The group is a rootsy Americana jam band led by singer-songwriter Charley Wagner, with multi-instrumentalist Tristan Schultz, pedal steel player Matt Gutzman, with brothers Garrett and Grant Raddatz rounding out the band on keys and drums.
Finally, a pair of Grammy-winning country acts are coming to Duluth on Saturday night at the Amsoil Arena. The acts are Dwight Yoakam, who has won praise for his Bakersfield and alt-country sound since releasing his first album in 1986, and The Mavericks, who draw inspiration from Tejano, '50s pop and more, and are led by the impressive voice of Raul Malo. Music begins at 8 p.m.
