Job Title: Development Associate - Membership

Summary

KAXE is seeking a Development Associate to grow its membership & fundraising initiatives. We’re looking to strengthen connections within our communities by gaining new members while cultivating relationships with our current membership base.

This position will manage our entire membership database and will be the point of contact for any needs from our members. The Development Associate – Member Services will be responsible for managing for all member transactions including donations from new, renewing, and sustaining members. Each day will be a mix of engaging with our members and working on initiatives to increase our fundraising numbers.

We’re looking for someone who shares the same passion we have for our mission and who can connect with our members to foster and grow their passion for our station as well.

Compensation and benefits

Salary range is $40,000 - $46,000 per year based on experience. In addition to salary, KAXE offers a compensation package that includes the following benefits:
