The 2023 American Library Association Youth Media Awards has just wrapped up and we are joined again by Grand Rapids Area Library’s Children’s Librarian Tracy Kampa. Tracy gives us the scoop on new children’s books throughout the year and also gives us her predictions on which books might receive honors or win the coveted John Newbery award for outstanding contribution to children’s literature each year.
