Jayne Cowie's new novel is a work of speculative fiction and suspense. It's set in the near future where men are electronically tagged and under a strict curfew while women flourish economically and with a greater sense of security --it's called Curfew

Tammy Bobrowsky works at Bemidji State University's library. She hosts "What We're Reading," a show about books and authors, and lends her talents as a volunteer DJ.
